We had a four night stay in this very comfortable hotel. Our room was well appointed and afforded an excellent night’s sleep. The breakfasts were first class with a good choice available. The bar provided welcome refreshments. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The hotelier was most helpful in providing local information and restaurants which were 10 -15 minutes walk away.

Great location for a stay in Perth; only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Our room was very clean and had everything you could need for a stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had a lovely 2 night stay and were able to leave the car at the property as it’s within walking distance of city centre for shopping and dining. It’s 2 min walk up the hill to Branklyn Gardens and tea room. The property is also near to Kinoull Hill and other walks. We found our room to be quiet, very comfortable and had an excellent pre ordered breakfast each morning.
