Enter the complex through the wrought iron gates of the historic Strelitz building on Mouat Street Fremantle. Located in the Notre Dame University precinct, there are only three apartments here, ensuring privacy.
Take the lift or the stairs to the first floor and behind the giant barn doors you will come to your foyer. Open the door on your right into your stunning architect designed apartment.
Four metre tall ceilings make the space airy and bright. The apartment has one bedroom with ensuite bathroom and an open plan space encompassing living room with dining and kitchen. The cleverly placed scullery and laundry rooms are hidden behind floor to ceiling pocket doors. A gas hob, electric oven and dishwasher are integrated into a magnificent stone bench top. The wooden slab dining table seats six and is a great space to set up your laptop to stay connected to friends and family or for working from home. Ceiling fans and reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning ensure a comfortable temperature inside the apartment.
This apartment is offered for stays of a minimum of seven nights and is priced accordingly. All bills and internet are included but please note that there is only paid street parking available here. Perfect if you have a bike or a scooter which can be securely stored in the downstairs courtyard.
If you do have a car, we will re-imburse your parking fees for one standard vehicle for the duration of your stay.
Locally, Bathers Beach, cafes, movie houses, bars and live music, great restaurants, markets, shopping, art galleries and tourist attractions are all within walking distance. This apartment does not disappoint! It exceeds expectations.
