Hotel sem serviço de quarto, não limpavam o quarto. 1o. quarto estava com uma goteira enorme, sujo , colchão no chão, sem cama box. Trocamos de quarto. 2o. quarto chuveiro não funcionava, Nao limparam o quarto nenhuma vez. Quarto com resto de ração de cachorro no chão e saquinho com sujeira deixado na varanda (provavelmente fezes do animal). Cafe da manha sofrivel, xicaras rachadas. Somente o atendimento foi razoavel, funcionarios atenciosos e simpaticos.

Gostamos do café e do almoço, o quarto era espaçoso, o local é bom próximo a praia e ao centro, os funcionáriosda da cozinha são atenciosos e caprichosos na preparação das refeições. Não gostamos do wifi, ficava oscilando no nosso quarto dificultando assistir os streaming e canais na tv. Canais não tem nenhum nem digital e nem analógico. O nosso quarto ficava embaixo da sala de jogos e o som que vinha de cima incomodava bastante.

Gostamos bastante do hotel, porem os quartos não foram totalmente limpo, tinha escova de cabelo esquecido pelo hospede anterior. Mas o pior ponto foi o lençol não ter elástico e ficou soltando a noite toda.

Nunca mais reservo na hotéis.com, por absoluta falta de respeito com os clientes prejudicados por absoluta falta de condições de permanecer num hotel cadastrado por essa plataforma, pois pedi ressarcimento pelo menos da metade do valor pago, referente a estadia no Hotel Grande Atlântico em Peruíbe SP, devido à falta de condições de permanência até o período previsto, eu e minha família fizemos o check in nesse hotel segunda-feira dia 15/01 e sairíamos no domingo, dia 21; ao entrar no quarto já nos deparamos com a precariedade das roupas de cama e toalhas, na segunda-feira à noite acabou a água que só retornou na terça-feira pela manhã, não havia camareiras, na terça-feira à tarde pedimos toalhas limpas e não recebemos, quando nos dirigimos à recepção para pedir, fomos informados que as toalhas estavam lavando, só conseguindo UMA toalha limpa a noite, quando tiramos o lixo do quarto, pois não houve camareira para tanto. Na quarta-feira, por volta das 12 horas quando retornamos da praia, novamente não havia água nem toalhas, NOVAMENTE! Depois de algum tempo a água voltou e recebemos uma toalha totalmente puída e rasgada. Na sequência, para evitar maiores dissabores, decidimos ir embora (quarta-feira, 17/01 por volta das 13 horas), pedimos o comprovante do check out e fomos informados que não havia, informei que estávamos indo embora antes do previsto (bem antes por sinal) e eles disseram que enviariam um voucher , coisa que fizeram (1 diária) , não temos a mínima intenção de v
