The villa is laid out over two levels connected by an internal staircase.

On the ground floor, the entrance opens into a spacious and functional kitchen with a dining table, next to a convenient pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen are two separate living areas: a cozy lounge with fireplace and a bright dining room with TV area and a second fireplace. This level also includes one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry room.

Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms, tastefully furnished and welcoming. One of the bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the remaining three share a second bathroom, also with shower. The rooms are harmonious and comfortable, ideal for a relaxing stay in every season.



The property is set within a flat, fully fenced park of approximately 13,500 square meters, enclosed by a green net fence 1.90 meters high, making it ideal for guests traveling with pets.
