Perfect private getaway near beautiful Lucca & surroundings. Albeit a small house, just big enough for 3, the location is excellent and the terrace & terrains spacious. Mimi was a pleasant host to deal with. Recommended!

Great location and very nice place to stay for 2.

This place is on a quiet, sunny hillside overlooking a small golf area and beside vineyards. It is close to the town (but a bit further than described - more like 1.5km). The accommodation is quite small but perfect for the two of us as we spend most time outside anyway. It has pretty much everything you would need. The pool is small but I'm not a swimmer, so ideal to cool off. The town is a little odd - the large supermarket is 'hidden' down a track behind a small Fruit & Veg shop. Both the bar and pizzeria restaurant 'Alpino' don't look great from the front, but both are actually really nice 'behind the scenes'!

Wir sind früher abgereist. Das Haus ist sehr klein und ungemütlich. Es gibt keine Fenster ausser die in der Haustür. Dadurch ist es sehr dunkel. Das Haus ist in einem Fels eingebaut dadurch ist sehr feucht.

Schönes kleines Haus im toskanischen Stil

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem Häuschen, Alles in einem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Allerdings ist die Dusche sehr klein (max. 70x70 cm) und der Pool wird nur einmal in der Woche (Samstag) gereinigt.

Erholung pur

Kleines gemütliches Häuschen direkt neben einigen Weinbergen. Großzügiger Garten, toller Pool und sehr nette Gastgeber. Parkplatz am Haus vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, haben jederzeit gute Restaurant Tipps bekommen und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Te veel defekten : gordijnen gingen niet meer dicht . Het gasfornuis werk één op de twee keer niet . De tegels in de badkamer zijn kapot, reuk vorming. Het water in de afwasbak loopt nooit volledig weg . De aanduiding voor het vinden van de woonst is niet aanwezig.deze woonst is zijn prijsstelling niet waard

Excellent house for an optimal price to quality relation

What you see on the advertising photos is what you get or better together whit a friendly host. The house and garden are very well equipped and everything is working perfect. Very important in the summer of 2018: the air conditioning is heat wave resistant. We very appreciated the welcome package and the home delivered brioches on Sunday morning. The location is quite and near the village. Lucca only 15 minutes away. For the hobby cooks: you never find a better equipped kitchen in vacation house for 4 persons.

Une location qui correspond exactement à la description. Parfait pour passer de bons moments au calme, à une trentaine de minutes de la mer. Nous avons pu profiter avec notre fils de 6 ans du jardin, de la piscine et d'une bonne literie! Nous avons visité Lucca, Viarregio et sa superbe plage "libre", les carrière de marbre de Carrare... La propriétaire est très attentionnée et le jardinier très sympathique. Bref, une très bonne adresse!

Beautiful situated holiday location

This tiny holiday house is a perfect place for 2 people to discover Lucca and the beautiful area around Lucca. The appartment with small pool is located on a vineyard and has a nice terras with a beautiful view on the surrounding hills. The house itself is small but okay for 2 people and contains all necessary equipment, even a washing machine. If a dishwasher was to be added the house would be complete. Enjoying the warm weather the last 2 weeks we can certainly recommend this holiday home.

Idyllisches und gepflegtes Apartment

Lage ist für italienische Verhältnisse recht zentral. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Garten und der Pool waren eine Bereicherung. Die Vermieterin war wirklich sehr nett und hat uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants geben können. Rund um ein gelungener Urlaub und wir würden wieder kommen.

Sehr schön und einsam gelegen

Auto ist ein muss. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Bis Lucca sind es 10min. Sehr leckere Eisdiele "Silvia" direkt in der Nähe. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Nette Vermieterin.
