Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren zu dritt im Urlaub und die Wohnung hat alle unsere Bedürfnisse gedeckt. Die Aussicht ist einfach klasse mit direktem Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auch vollkommen ausreichend. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief einwandfrei und sie stand bei jeder Frage direkt zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen.

Zu Fuß ist der See viel zu weit entfernt, man ist absolut auf das Auto angewiesen auch zum einkaufen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist jedoch sehr ruhig und idyllisch.Von der Dachterrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick über den See. Die Vermieterin ist sehr bemüht und äußerst zuvorkommend.

Nette Fewo mit hübscher Balkon-Aussicht und netter Vermieterin

Die Vermieterin ist äußerst nett und zuvorkommend, bei Fragen ist sie immer ansprechbar und informiert auch über die Umgebung und z. B. anstehende Veranstaltungen in der Nähe. Das eigene Stückchen Garten mit Hof inklusive Kfz-Abstellplatz ist auch eine nette Annehmlichkeit, der Balkon bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Hunde sind willkommen. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern versehen, eine Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden und in den Sommermonaten durchaus hilfreich! Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung in der Ferienwohnung.

Schöne Wohnung mit riesiger Terrasse

Für unser Ansprüche schöne Wohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse auf der man einen tollen Blick auf das Umland und den See hat. Küche, Wohnraum, Schlafzimmer alle o.k. Die Lage ist ruhig und sicher. Auto parken kein Problem und alles was man so braucht ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieterin die wenn man was braucht immer zu erreichen ist. Wir haben einige Reisen gemacht, Mailand, Venedig, Verona, usw. Das alles kann man bequem mit dem Zug machen und online über das Smartphone buchen, als e-Ticket. Schnellzüge rechtzeitig buchen dann ist es auch noch günstig. Das Auto kann man dann am Bahnhof, ca. 8 Minuten Fahrt, für 8 € am Tag stehen lassen. Alles im allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden wohl wiederkommen.

Tolle Aussicht in guter Lage!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind, 2 große Hunde) haben die drei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist wirklich gut, da man schnell in Peschiera ist und auch schnell in vielen umliegenden Orten. Die Wohnung selber ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist natürlich der eigene Garten und die Terrasse mit der traumhaften Aussicht. Auch sie Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Es war immer ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, zur Not hat man eben schnell über WhatsApp Fragen oder Mitteilungen geregelt. Wie schon in einer vorherigen Bewertung geschrieben, sollte man auf jeden Fall wissen, dass die Treppe zur Wohnung eine sehr steile Holztreppe ist, die nicht ganz ungefährlich ist - vor allem für kleine Kinder. Auch unsere Hunde mussten sich erst an die Treppe gewöhnen... Auf jeden Fall würden wir wieder einen Urlaub bei Cristina machen!

Erholsamer Urlaub mit Hund

Wir waren 1 Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Fotos hier geben den Ausblick von der Dachterrasse genau wieder. Wunderschön. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Peschiera del Garda - gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Hunde sind herzlich Willkommen und die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und nett. Die Ausstattung ist typisch italienisch - schlicht aber absolut ausreichend für einen ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour chez Cristina : Que du bonheur !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Cristina . A deux pas du Lac de Garde, l'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description, très propre à notre arrivée, très confortable et avec un accueil très chaleureux et très sympathique de Cristina. La terrasse est superbe sans vis à vis et avec une vue magnifique sur le lac de Garde. Le parking sécurisé et ombragé est un plus. Nous avons aussi profité des vélos mis à disposition. Merci encore à Cristina ( et aussi Eugenia )toujours à l'écoute et disponible pour leurs hôtes. L'appartement est aussi très bien situé pour visiter cette belle région D'Italie... En un mot : Que du bonheur !

Fantastische vakantie in een rustige omgeving met prachtig uitzicht.

Bij aankomst zeer welkom geheten door een geweldige, lieve eigenaresse van het huis. Tijdens een rondleiding in je penthouse waar je verblijft , geeft ze uitleg over diverse dingen wat er in en rondom het huis aanwezig is. Het ziet er niet modern uit. Maar is dat nu belangrijk? Het is allemaal erg schoon en alles is aanwezig, waardoor je je thuisvoelt. Je kunt zien dat ze bezig is met renoveren. Zowel aan de binnen- als buitenkant is het netjes wit geverfd. Nieuw terrasinterieur en enkele nieuwe huishoudelijke apparaten en een goede airconditioning zijn er aanwezig. De ruimte is helemaal prima. Je voelt je niet opgesloten, zoals een caravan of huisje op een camping. Maar dat is natuurlijk ieder zijn keuze en beleving. Heel veel privacy en een rustige buurt met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen, olijfbomen, wijnranken en het Gardameer. De ligging van de penthouse is centraal, waardoor je makkelijk naar verschillende plaatsen kan rijden zoals Sirmione, het strand, mooie plaats Borghetto Verona, etc. Al met al een supergeweldige vakantie bij eigenaresse Cristina, waar je met alle vragen terecht kan. Ze zorgt ervoor dat je een fantastische en onbezorgde vakantie hebt. Echt een aanrader en iedereen aan te bevelen.

Unser Urlaub war Erholung pur (-: Die Abende haben wir auf der Terrasse mit Karten spielen oder in dem für Gäste privaten Garten mit Tischtennis spielen verbracht. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf dem See ist unbezahlbar. Da die Wohnung so war , wie wir es uns wünschten und es an nichts fehlte , fühlten wir uns wie Zuhause. Der Sonnenschutz überdachte Parkplatz ist gold wert. Da man mit dem Auto nach Peschiera rein fahren muss, kommt man automatisch an Lidl vorbei. Die Vermieterin mit Team, war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung können wir ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen. Sabine, Michael und Lennart
