Loved our Room

We stayed in Petaluma for the weekend and this was our first time staying at this hotel. It was conveniently located off the freeway, check-in was easy and quick, and we were more than pleasantly surprised when we went to our room. Lots of space, even had a king size bed plus a large couch, and a full kitchen including a large refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, plates and utensils. There were also barbecues downstairs that could be used by the fire pit. Definitely will plan to stay here again our next trip to that area!

will stay here again if we get the chance! kinda spendy but very nice! staff is very friendly and helpful. parking is kinda tough. not much options for a truck pulling a trailer. p.s. is there any way you could get nicer toilet paper?

Suitable for families. We enjoyed the comfort and updated room/bath. The room had sufficient space including additional sofa bed. The front desk was very kind and generous for my husband’s birthday. Breakfast was decent and filling. There was an older woman in the kitchen that cussed when a yogurt machine didn’t work and my toddler daughter was next to me. It seemed when there were waves of people coming, the food would run out and you had to wait 5 minutes until things were refilled (not too bad if you’re patient). We loved the pool and hot tub. The beach towels ran out at night but were replaced by indoor towels at least. The fire pit was so warm and fun! We loved sitting there under the stars. Outside the hotel on the outside windows, there were tons of wasp hives. They did not harm anyone, but I definitely recommend ridding of those as this could be harmful to children. Other than that we had a wonderful time and would return because of the comfort, location, free breakfast, and friendly staff!

The blackout curtain that could be pulled along a ceiling track to darken the area around the bed if someone else wanted to sit on the couch and read at night was an excellent amenity! The full kitchen including a microwave, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher were impressive perks, along with dishes and silverware. The salt and pepper shakers very cleverly had individual packets in them. Our small dog was also welcomed there with plenty of outside areas to check out. Thanks to all the staff for being so responsive and friendly!

Pillow problem.

The hotel is great, a 10 out of 10. My only complaint is that the pillows had an odor that made me feel they were dirty. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Using two did not make it any better.

The TV options were very poor. Youtube couldn't play videos & access to Netflix, AppleTV & other pay streaming services were not provided by the hotel.
