Absolutely disgusting stay. The bed felt like a bouncy castle the pillows were like concrete blocks the room was old tired and outdated and the bathroom was like a public sports centre toilet. Will not recommend and will never stay again!!

Comfy bed but hotel needs refurbishment in places

Positives were comfy bed and hotel enviroment was quiet. Check in was quite fast and service was ok, but the lady checking us in didn’t really talk to us or make eye contact. First room we were given had a faulty window that didn’t close securely and we were quickly given an alternative room but we had already unpacked into the first one there was no offer of help but apology given. The second room had no issues with the windows but the general cleanliness of some areas were dusty in the room especially the skirting and the carpet in places had dirty marks and tea like stains on it.Also where hoovering was difficult to do like bed legs, table feet the carpet was dusty. Bathroom was in great need of attention, tiles needed re grouting and the shower looked like it had been sealed several times with sealant and it was all discoloured. Shower head wasn’t very good at all, the water was hot but the spray wasn’t very fast/strong it was quicker and easier to wash at the sink. The air conditioning appeared to not work on the heat setting so the first night we were freezing and ended up just switching the system off. Luckily the weather next day was warmer and it sunny outside so our room had heated up in the day from the sun so we were warmer. We were very Disappointed as stayed at park Inns before and alway had no issue
