I spent double on this hotel but deemed it worthy because it was the holiday,unfortunately their coffee machine broke and they did nothing to resolve it that day. The next day a water main break, so no shower that night, no offer of drinking water. Just seemed like they missed at an opportunity to show their worth. I’ll think twice before staying here for that cost.

The hotel overall was nice. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. We were very disappointed to arrive at the hotel to discover that the elevators did not work and would not be fixed for 4 days. We had my 77 year old mom with us who has a bad hip ama it was torture for her to go up and down the stairs. It changed everything about our trip as we could not come and go for breaks in between activities because she couldn't go up and down the stairs. So I am very disappointed about that.

This is our second time staying in the past couple months…once for a sports trip and another for a school trip. We had accident double-booked and Expedia required the hotel to release the refund, which they did. Good breakfast, and great staff. Will most likely stay again whenever we are in Petoskey. Can’t compliment the staff enough!

The room was very clean and the staff very professional and kind, however when I reserved the room there was no indication that there was going to be a pet fee of $75 for one night! That almost doubled the price of the room
