Quarto tinha uma barata morta e o chão estava sujo. O banheiro estava limpo. A vista do quarto não dava para nada. Roupa de cama excelente, cama boa. Funcionários educados e prestativos. A piscina externa é bonita, mas muito rasa e como não tem uma piscina infantil exclusiva, parecia um parque de diversão de tanta criança junto.

Valeu a experiência da estadia num castelo real. Sugestão: Poderiam colocar música ambiente que remetesse os hóspedes a época medieval. Tivemos um imprevisto pq a limpeza do quarto atrasou uns 30 min, mas o gerente compensou no check out. Não utilizamos a piscina.

O box do banheiro apresentava vazamento molhando todo o chão do banheiro. Foi necessario colocar a toalha de piscina pois encharcou o tapete. Está sem telefone na area das hidros e o watts app que disponibilizam demora muito a atender. Impossivel comunicar qualquer problema naque larea ou solicitar qualquer coisa do restaurante. Toalhas extremamente gastas. Tanto do quarto como as da piscina. Ja perderam a vida útil das fibras e excederam a quantidade de lavagens apresentando muito desgaste.

Os problemas já se iniciam no check in. Apenas 1 funcionário pra atender todos os hóspedes. Os primeiros da fila fizeram rápidos, os demais demoraram quase 1 h para usufruir do hotel. Em tudo se via a diminuição de pessoal. O café da manhã foi jam experiência pessima. Início as 7h ou 6h não me recordo e iria até às 10:30, porque era domingo. Cheguei no salão 8:30 e vários bolos estavam terminando e não foram repostos. Fiquei com meu namorado aguardando reposição do pudim e falaram que não haveria. Vários bolos e quase nenhum reposto. A garrafa de café vazia várias pessoas pedindo pra colocar mais café, porém só tinha uma única funcionária fazendo as parcas reposições e outra funcionária limpando as mesas. Ou seja, traumático. O hóspede que chega no início do café da manhã tem que ter a mesma experiência do hóspede que chega às 10h. Todos paga a mesma diária. Nunca vi isso em hotel nenhum que já fiquei. Não recomendo, pelo serviço em si. Acabei usufruindo bastante a suite pq peguei a imperial e tive uma estrutura confortável devido a isso. Mas até mesmo o restaurante que atende ao hotel só serve jantar até as 21h mas a cozinha fecha antes. Se quiser comer algo depois desse horário ou você leva ou tem qje ir pra o centro da cidade.

Acredito que o castelo já tenha sido, um dia, uma hospedagem muito boa hoje, infelizmente, não é mais. Não recomendo de forma alguma, principalmente considerando o valor da diária, que foi o meu caso (quase R$ 2.000 por duas noites no Carnaval). O local está em péssimo estado de conservação, com manutenção claramente defasada. O banheiro do nosso quarto exalava um cheiro horrível o tempo todo, e a limpeza geral era bastante precária. O quarto estava sujo, com lençóis e colchas velhos, alguns até com furos e travesseiros que já passaram da hora de serem substituídos. O café da manhã é fraco, mas, na nossa opinião, a pior parte da hospedagem é o barulho. A acústica dos quartos é péssima: ouve-se tudo o tempo todo conversas, crianças e até a descarga de outros quartos, dormimos mau as duas noites que passamos lá, o barulho literalmente não para um minuto Resumindo: se você tem curiosidade de conhecer o local, vale mais a pena apenas visitar. Existem hospedagens muito melhores na região, e é possível fazer a visitação pagando R$ 15 por pessoa, não tem tanta coisa para se ver por lá tbm não Sobre a piscina, preciso mencionar que o ambiente é desagradável. A área da hidro e da sauna é ainda pior: espaços muito pequenos e com aparência constante de sujeira, não recomendo os restaurantes, tem culinárias melhores na região Único ponto positivo: a educação e cordialidade dos funcionários, que são excelentes.

O check in foi ruim, não por culpa do funcionário, mas sim pelo fato de ter apenas uma pessoa para atender…. Conseguimos receber as chaves às 15:30…. Chegamos lá às 14:00. O castelo é bonito, mas precisa de bastante manutenção… luzes do quarto piscando, chuveiro horrível, não colocaram tapete para o banheiro e espalhou bastante água porque o box não vedava a água… Reservamos a hidromassagem, mas ao chegar a água estava suja e a hidro não ligava…. :( Café da manhã horrível! Realmente esperávamos mais e hoje, no nosso último dia, fomos tomar caé fora de lá…. Acredito que o local tenha bastante potencial para fazer a diferença na hospedagem dos seus clientes… mas acredito que falte uma administração mais eficaz. Com TODA A CERTEZA, não voltaremos!
