The staff were super, friendly, helpful and kind, Cyntia at the front desk was lovely. She recommended a terrific restaurant that made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was perfect, we had a free upgrade and the beds were comfortable and this was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at. Breakfast was amazing! So many specialty items like Chia pudding and house made jams and toppings like passion fruit. Custom cooked eggs and the desserts were top quality. We loved this hotel, thank you!!

Estacionamento é um diferencial para esse hotel no centro de Friburgo, bom atendimento, ambiente agradável. Bom café da manhã, mas o espaço é reduzido, por isso pedem para agendar o horário de preferência. Quartos amplos, modernos, limpos, só um incoveniente é que a cama fica no mezanino e o banheiro é embaixo, se precisar a noite, tem que tomar cuidado e descer a escada. O preço não é baixo, mas é uma das melhores acomodações de Friburgo.

O problema que achamos é a parte interna do quarto . Pois a cama de casal e a de solteiro ficam no mezanino. E para ir ao banheiro tem que descer escada….Muito perigoso nesse sentido, principalmente para idosos e crianças Achei desconfortável neste ponto. O café da manhã maravilhoso e o atendimento muito bom. Todavia, tínhamos que sempre deixar a chave do quarto na portaria… foi uma exigência que não gostamos também .

A recepção é muito bonita. Todo o hotel e o quarto estavam limpíssimos e muito cheirosos. O quarto é espaçoso, confortável e bem iluminado. Cama confortável e também muito cheirosa.
