Having our own pool was amazing and it was cleaned everyday by a very pleasant happy man who made it sparkle. The staff at reception were fantastic, the fresh fruit at breakfast was delicious, and we were looked after by the staff and tried some lovely meals at the restaurant. Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, relaxing stay.

The staff are excellent at this resort. The resort itself is a little tired. The breakfast buffet was a let down, especially for a 4* resort. The area was beautiful though inside the resort. Phan Thiet and Mui Ne just a short taxi ride away in different directions. Mui Ne had restaurants and shops and beaches. Great for a 3 day relax if your travelling lots.

Disappointed with the returning stay

This is my 2nd stay at this resorts, the property's condition is very bad, needed renovation. I am from here don't want to leave the nagative review but this property needed renovation immediately. We booked private villa with swimming pool, the downstairs room is not suitable for staying with the horrible smell and the electricity is not working property. Please renovation and clean the property.

Check in was very slow. This resort is old. It was raining on the day we checked in. The roof in the reception was leaking ever where. It was so bad that we keep on having to move around so we don't get wet. Ads is very misleading. We booked 2 villas which has 3 rooms each with pool but it's not really a villa. It was 3 separate rooms in the same area. Its does NOT have an indoor living area or kitchen or common area.

Overall not happy with this place. Building is old, definitely not a 4 star. We booked 1 villa and 6 rooms. Check in took so long because they only have one person working and she was not a happy person. Maybe over work? Staff from the breakfast were ok. Breakfast was also ok since it was included. We are gold member with Hotels.com and we were suppose to get free room upgrade, early check in, late check out and they did not honour any of these. Even those they had lots of vacant rooms (during COVID). Indeed they called an hr before check out to remind you not to be late checking out. Very unprofessional. I spoke with the manager Hai, he said they didn't sign up with Hotels.com for this promotion. I showed him the Hotels.com app and he still argued with me. He was trying to help but I guess this is the way low-medium end hotel/resort operate in Vietnam.

Hotellet er kjempefint, og rommene er supre. Bassenget er flott, og strandområdet er også fint. Det som trekker ned er maten på restauranten. Vi feiret julaften der og valgte en spesial julemiddag. Den maten vi her fikk, var så tragisk, at det ødela vår julefeiring fra hjemme. Veldig hyggelig var det da at to søte jenter fra resepsjonen ble med oss og gikk rundt juletreet. Det var helt fantastisk. Det er også en dårlig holdning blant gjestene ved hotellet, at de legger badehåndkle for å holde av solsenger ved bassenget, og forsvinner i flere timer. Hotellet bør sette opp regler, er du ikke ved bassenget, kan du ikke holde av en seng. det er så lite senger, så det bør ikke være lov å holde av senger. Mye utrivelige russiske gjester som sprenger seg frem og er lite vennlige mot andre gjester men også ansatte trekker ned.

정말 추천해오

시내와 다소 떨어져있으나 그래서 더 조용한 여행이되었어요! 조식이 5성급보다는 부족하지만 풍광을 즐기며 호젓하게 여행하기에는 아주 좋은곳입니다! 가족이나 친구, 연인과 조용하게 수영을 하고싶다면 풀빌라 강추합니다. 그리고 모든직원이 친절하고 다정해요!

The location is secluded, there is no restaurants or anything walking distance, the hotel is a bit tired, the towels are really old, the food wasn’t the best and limited options,the garden in the hotel is nice, the beach needed cleaning, debris from the ocean, the tiles around the pool are coming of, and slippery, the bed sheets some have holes!!!!!the hotels need a refreshment and referbishment, and an upgrade to be a 4 star,I hope they sort out these issues because it’s got potential, covid has hurt them , it can be seen, but they must put an effort in fixing these issues.

전체적으로 안락한 리조트에서 편안한 여행을 마쳤습니다. 다만, 리조트 & 스파임에도 불구하고, 리조트 내 스파가 3박 내내 문 닫은 점(심지어 첫날 리셉션 직원에게 운영시간을 물었을때, 별다른 안내 없었음), 수영장 내 바도 문 닫은 점은 많이 아쉬웠습니다
