So disappointed in this resort. We have been travelling Vietnam for awhile and decided to pay the extra money for a break in lower cost hotels and upgrade. Paid around $42 a night. They advertise wifi but it doesn’t work at all. I have never been to a place where the wifi was so terrible. The staff service was terrible and the breakfast provided was awful and unsanitary. Our actual bedroom was decent but the bathroom terrible. Towels were dirty and stained. I will say the cleaning lady was super kind and friendly. They also want to take your passport instead of scan it and I didn’t feel comfortable with that so I gave my drivers license instead after some arguments.

Sun and Sands Hotel stay

Nice Hotel with friendly staff. Lovely pool area and garden. We stayed for 6 nights the staff were helpful. Buffet breakfast was ok. The beach was ok, but small, but we stayed by the pool most days which was very clean and set in a beautiful garden area. A bit away from main bar and resturant area, but a taxi only took 5mins and cost about £2. Overall good.

Hallo, ich hatte das Hotel aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gewählt, aber das konnte es nicht halten. Zugegebenermaßen war es nicht schlecht, aber irgendwie hatte ich mehr erwartet. Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn man eine der Hütten in meernähe hat, aber das ist Spekulation. Daher haben wir das Hotel als eher durchschnittlich empfunden.
