Een zeer prijzige kamer vlakbij het centrum. Je betaalt apart voor de parkeerplaats maar je mag deze niet langer gebruiken dan tussen check-in en check-out tijd. Het bed is aan vervanging toe, de matrassen hebben flinke kuilvorming. De keukenspullen zijn ronduit smerig. De pannen bevatten nog zwarte aankoekresten en de glazen vettig. We hebben dan ook maar niets uit de keuken gebruikt. De handdoeken en het beddengoed was gelukkig wel schoon. Het appartement had flinke gebruikerssporen, deuren kapot, kit die los laat in de badkamer. Voor het geld dat we betaald hadden vonden we dit alles echt niet kunnen. Wij zouden de ruimte dan ook niet aanbevelen.
