The staff is Excellent. The property is clean and comfortable in every way. Parking is $40 dollars a day but you can come in and out as many and much as you want. Just pull up and they valet park your vehicle in the garage .

It is an excellent opportunity for both Upenn and Drexel students and families. Very walkable and the facility is brand new, even the smallest suite is a big suite and provides home atmosphere and functionality. Parking is a bit problem but there is street parking paid and free around, if you look for it.

Very hospitable. Allowed us to check in early to our room. Greatly appreciated. Free parking as well as secured parking if you desire, which is great. Close proximity to Penn and Drexel if you have a student. Nice to have a kitchen. Very clean. Felt very safe.
