the property was very clean and cool to stay at but no safety locks on the door. major issue if u have little toddlers. my little 1 year old was able to unlock the door with no safety latch and run out. Every hotel that ive been to have safety latches on the hotel doors except for this one. Another thing, was not having a pool.

There were a discount grocery store. About very 11/2 blocks away along with a wine and spirits store. Popeyes about 4 blocks way. Close enough to get to historic sites on Lyft. Coffee in the lobby was good and ready. Washer and dryer in apt. convient. Clean and well kept, good they kept some glasses and best to bring a small roll of paper towel. Overall a great stay

Neighborhood is scary, and I’m not one to scare easily. We walked to a CVS three blocks away and found it a bit unnerving. The facility is obvious pretty new - “breakfast area coming”. Our room was pleasant enough but the hardwood floors make it a little “sterile”. I think if one was there for a while and planned to shop and cook, it would be great.

Everything was fabulous. Place was very clean front desk person now we're extremely friendly. Valet parking was quick. My only complaint was the luggage cart. I did not steal very well and gave us a lot of difficulty using it. Fortunately, we had a lot of luggage and had no choice. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.

Positive: Property was clean and well kept. Staff was very respectful and helpful. Negative: Area around property is sketchy at best!! Parking is an issue. Valet parking is available at a price. Parking on the street is suspect and hard to find. Bathroom in room is en suite. Additionally, limited cooking accessories. However, for the price and location to campus, not bad - keep in mind this review is positive only in the fact that myself and companions were not criminally accosted - AREA AROUND LOCATION IS SKETCHY!!

Nearly perfect!

This was a very good hotel! I really appreciate the ability to travel as a family and have two separate living areas (the bedroom and the living/kitchen area), as well as the convenience of preparing food and doing laundry in our suite. This was a massive plus for our needs. It's new, so there are a few things that could be refined a bit further. For example, there should be an electric teakettle in each room, and the availability of pots and pans was somewhat challenging to navigate (it didn't seem like there were enough for each room). The only complaint I have is that our room was directly across from the elevator, and the lack of thick wall and door insulation, combined with the very loud "ding" of the elevator button, was a bit hard to adjust to. I think this is an issue that the owners could easily address, and it would make a significant difference for rooms in this location. Otherwise, very, very good!

Check in was great. Simple and pleasant. Room was nice. Booked for 4 ppl and had to ask for bedding for the pull out sofa as well as towels. No big deal. Then found two brown smear marks on the bathroom floor cabinet that appeared to be dried stool. Very prompt in addressing the issue. Nonetheless, very foul. Didn’t offer any compensation.

It’s clean and easy to get to but the tubs are small and they don’t give you the original remote to the TV. You have to call the front desk so they have to change it for you and none of the amenities come with the hotel. You have to pay extra for it.
