The hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The general area of the hotel was very clean. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable.

The staff was excellent. Front Desk was really nice and accommodating. My gripe was the thin walls and floors. You can hear the person above you walking up and down like they had boots on. It made it harder to sleep. And there were kids running back and forth in the hallway. My wife had to walk out and say something. Other than that the room was decent.

Very Clean & Spacious Flat. So Easy to get around the city from this location, even with all the snow. BONUS: Philly drivers are considerate and accommodating to sudden lane disappearances. Valet was quick retrieving my car. Will be back when it’s warmer.

The room was in good condition.Staff very friendly. The only problem is that the valet parking service issues. I stayed during the recent snow storm so I would not miss work. However, the day of check out to receive my vehicle the system shut down. They use an elevator/robot to place your vehicle into the garage in the basement. The elevator/robot stopped working making it impossible to receive my vehicle. Missing work which defeated the entire purpose of booking a room. They are willing to reimburse my parking fee however missing a day worth of work does not make up for this! I will never stay here again considering my vehicle was stuck in their garage for 7 hours. Another negative was no tv in the main bedroom. Other than the parking issue I would have stayed here again. The suite are nice enough for what you need it but it is not posh like pictures and reviews.

The room was wonderful. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the bus which is right across the street going toward center city. There is a convenient store one block down around the corner, and restaurants a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.
