The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was pretty firm, but I slept really well both nights, so it wasn’t too much of an issue. I would definitely stay here again, if we ever went back to Philadelphia. While we were very close to the airport, we didn’t hear any plane noise. We were also about 20 minutes from downtown, which was very convenient.

All of the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was extremely spacious and clean. The bed was pretty firm, but I slept very well both nights so it wasn’t too much of an issue. I would definitely consider staying here, if we ever go back to Philadelphia.

Very friendly and updated nice lobby. We added the sit down breakfast- there was a lot of food, none of us could finish. Very clean room. Sink drain was slow and we told them on the way out. Great stay. Shuttle to the airport.

Have nothing but great things to say about this hotel! The stay was perfect for the location and accessibility to and from the airport. It was great that they had a 24/7 shuttle running every 30 mins as each of our flights were early morning. Definitely recommend for anyone staying here to get the pantry access. After late night cravings, having access to it 24/7 was phenomenal!

I like that it was close to the airport with a free shuttle. My experience upon arrival @ the airport was not good because I was passed through over x2 because I had a walker & luggage. So it took almost an hour to get to the hotel. I spoke with an associate 3x’s. The 1st room I was given was not clean. Being already exhausted using my walker & pushing my luggage I had to go back down to the front desk. Thankfully she was bringing me a new room key while apologizing. When she saw my struggle she assisted by rolling my bag to the new room. Next, my to go order was not good or fresh. The restaurant gave me a free breakfast the next morning. As a bonvoy rewards member the food was not up to par for what I’m used to. And the room was extremely hot because the air was broken & the heat could not be adjusted. Upon check-out I asked to speak with a manager, but was not able to. Needless to say, for a Marriott property this one needs a lot of help to come up to standard.

The people were great, nice and friendly. The room was not ready for 3 adults, the hide a bed was not made and no pillows. The bathroom sink had a continuous drip, and both sink and tube drained extremely slow. The sink vanity bottom was on the floor leaning against the wall.Then the fire alarm went off at 9am Tuesday morning with evacuation notice, but no communication from anyone. Then the fire strobe light was on for several hour Tuesday evening.

Fastest check in ever. It was amazing. Front desk was on top of everything. Staff was outstanding. Really liked the hotel. Bar staff was friendly and worked really hard.
