I loved how the property was close to Temple University which is where I was needing to go. Very quiet suite and I enjoyed the surrounding areas, would recommend to colleagues.

Old building has been completely renovated inside. Building smelled nice and had multiple security measures in place. The city studio (one with lifted twin bed) was quite small for 2 people but would be more than adequate for someone traveling solo. There isn’t much in the way of shops or dining that are walkable to the neighborhood so plan to Uber.

Pros: very clean, felt secure in the room, comfortable bed (firm memory foam), easy street parking, close to Temple University Cons: area felt a little unsafe (but was manageable and we had no problems), no dish soap or dish towel provided to clean dishes in room

I stayed here with my daughter for a tournament weekend. It was clean and tidy and was newly renovated and well stocked. The room was smaller than I expected, but they were able to fit a kitchenette and all essentials so I won’t complain about that. Really cute decor all throughout the whole building! My only concern was that I couldn’t tell if the area was family friendly area or not.

It is a bad neighborhood. Did not know it was self checkin and did not receive the door code. Got stranded without being able to check in at night-time and had to move to a different hotel.

My stay was amazing. The place was nice and organized and well-equipped with air-conditioning and TV streaming that made the stay very comforting. The customer service was very helpful and efficient, all of my needs were taken care of and it was very easy to get assistance when needed. I will definitely be staying here again!
