Place is in a great location with parking lots surrounding it for $35 per night. Hotel is a bit rundown in some areas but the staff is really very nice, very polite and eager to assist. Wonderful staff. Wonderful breakfast with fresh waffles. One of the best free breakfasts i have ever had at a hotel (*** property). Rooms are ok, a bit of a old mildew smell and pullout couch bed is not ideal. Regular bed and bathroom were fine.

Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful with information on the city. Only bad thing was breakfast was not good at all, however coffee was good. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot 👍 I would definitely stay here again!

I will never stay here again. I paid 200 dollars for a room and it was a nice area but my car was rummaged through. I had money missing out of my car. Then I was charged 68 dollars for parking. I will never stay in another Hampton. I’ll stick with holiday inn. I can’t believe i paid this much just to get robbed. I’ll never stay here again. Smh

The hotel itself is nice but there are a lot of questionable people in the “neighborhood”. I am appreciative that a key is required to get on your floor from the elevator, but I would not stay in this area again.

This location was a wonderful gem in center city near the convention center and Redding Terminal. Very safe. They didn’t have a way to issue room cards as their machine was temporarily down. There was security to check everyone in and out of their rooms until the card reader began working again. Very clean very welcoming near good cheap parking. In walking distance to everything. Will be booking here again during concerts in the city.
