While visiting Philadelphia and the area, we stayed at this hotel in suburban King of Prussia. We chose it for the free on-site parking and its location right off the interstate, knowing that we would be driving to the city as well as to Chadd's Ford and nearby Wilmington before heading further north on our trip. Our check-in was easy. The front desk staff were helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower was easy to use, and extra towels provided. The complimentary breakfast was another draw, and once we had our first breakfast there (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, and more), we chose to take advantage the next two mornings, saving time and money looking for nice places to have breakfast. Note that the interstate and highway traffic is congested in that area, but it dissipates in just a few minutes, allowing us to drive into the city or to the suburbs pretty easily.

The overall experience was very good for a Holiday Inn Express. The place is clean and location is great. The staffs are nice. The only negative thing I say is that the room is a little dated and the AC unit was a little noisy and annoying as the vents were blown directly at the direction of our bed.

Took an hour to check in Literally given the keys to an already occupied room not once but twice and was confronted by the one occupant after being given the wrong key! Exhausted by the time i got to room. Good food options close by but come back to room and get in bed...hair on mattress under blankets. Didnt sleep too well

I gave it 3 stars because the Staff were great. the general areas could have cleaner and the bed was -OLD-!! The springs were kind of shot and the rest was hard and not comfortable. It was like sleeping on a box spring.
