Horrible experience Wayne the supervisor was very dismissive I had two autistic daughters and made sure to mention during booking because of my children’s lack of patience once we got there I disinfected the entire room then I started to un pack then I noticed dirty wash cloths and the toilet didn’t work told front desk Wayne stated he will move my room if we can’t fix it once we return from sesame place Wayne was gone and no rooms was available front desk clerk attempted to fix toilet not able to then he moved us to a room which I had to pack my kids back up and disinfect the room again after having my kids waiting in lobby for over 1 hour on the way to the next room it was dog poop in front of my door I just want my money back and I will never stay here again

Overall this hotel is excellent. The breakfast is really good. Clean and safe. The beds could be a little softer and more comfortable. The beds caused back pain for my family and I.

Outside city people taking advantage

Staff was good except the manager that was cold and unfriendly when i comlained that there were too many outside non renting guest's partying in the pool area. Too loud, no room to relax and swim, and kids running ariund yelling making it very uncomfortable. City people where entering thst we obviusly not true guests bring in food and drink and being too loud and aggressive. Horrible experience and thr manager did nothing to make things better.

Perfect for an out of town wedding

Quick family trip for a wedding. The room was very comfortable with loads of space. Liked the microwave, mini-fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Would recommend and stay again.
