Check in was delayed, we were there for a concert and although the website said we could check in after 3pm we didn’t get our room until 4:30, this caused delays with plans and getting to the event. Meanwhile they gave rooms to certain people who arrived after us. The restaurant shouldn’t even be referred to as a restaurant it’s so limited. Elevator was very slow the other one didn’t work at all. Many people were there for a concert and they did not seem prepared. I will never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone.

We arrived at 1:30 in the morning after an international flight that was delayed for six hours then cancelled. I booked on Expedia for check-in the day that it was when I got to the front desk John was extremely rude and said I had to wait until 4 PM to check in. I explained to him that Expedia allowed me to book for that day (since it was after midnight) I asked him if he could adjust the reservation he was unwilling and so was Expedia unfortunately very disappointed as I was forced to buy another room for the “current” date even though it was after midnight and was the current date. The front desk person John was extremely rude, and had no empathy for dealing with two travelers that had 30 hours with no sleep.

The accommodations were great and location to sporting events were great I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay with airport shuttle which was a big plus!!.

When we arrived for check in, the girl at the front desk was extremely rude. I booked the hotel with my cash app card, which is one of the most popular ways to pay nowadays. I mean the money is guaranteed there. She told me we do not accept cash app cards, I said Venmo? She said nope and started looking at her phone. I was asking her questions and she took a few seconds to even acknowledge that I was speaking to her. I then said okay can I have the person I came with use his credit card and I will just send him the money. She said oh yes. I went out to the car to ask him to come in and when I came back her and another woman were standing there whispering looking at me. Not sure what the issue is with cash app but I felt very judged. Complete horrible customer service. As for the room, our toilet kept running all night, we had to turn off the valve. The door had to be slammed to shut it and apparently that’s all the rooms because that’s all we heard. The shower was nice, that’s about all I got.
