Clean room, great breakfast (though a bit slow when crowded), convenient location for attending a conference in the city center and seeing the sights. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Would definitely book again, staff was quick with getting more towels for room and many options close by to eat. Wasn’t too far from other bars and restaurants for nightlife

Staff were very personable and attentive to our needs when we asked for extras. The room was clean. Breakfast in the morning was a bonus. Parking was pricey but right next door and I could go in and out with my payment for the weekend. I would definitely stay there again.

All good except the shower water is not too hot and it doesn’t have a lot of pressure. The breakfast could be better. There were no yogurts and the breakfast egg station had sliding doors which it was hard to take the food and it took forever for people to help themselves.

I didn’t realize I’d have to pay for parking. That was a surprise added cost. Also I thought breakfast was ready by 6am but it wasn’t.

The staff- Brittany at the front desk and Vanessa manager were extremely kind and helpful, I sincerely appreciated their help and empathy. Check in was smooth, breakfast was the best I've ever had, and the room was comfortable with a few minor issues- the bedside lamp had a missing bulb and security said it was broken and needed to be rewired/fixed, the black out shade got stuck and wouldn't go down completely, and the bed was very uncomfortable, which was a shame considering how welcoming and comfortable everything else was. I would return but to a different type of bed. The staff couldn't have been nicer, and the location is excellent. I also loved the Ramen restaurant next door.

The room I stayed in, the TV remote was on and off and half of the time not even working. The beds were unstable and squeaking a lot. I asked for room service and I was told room service is offered every other day which it was news to me. No parking was offered and it cost me $ 170 to park for two days. If I am to book hotel in Philadelphia, I would highly look for a hotel where they also offer parking. The parking in NYC is much cheaper than Philadelphia. The hotel staff and personnel and its amenities were amazing.

The room was very clean and had plenty of space for two people, could have even fit more than 2 in our room comfortably. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a different selection of food. Location is incredible, right next to the Reading Terminal Market where you can try many amazing different foods.

Room was clean kitchenette was clean the only negative a stain in the ceiling near desk area. So you know exactly rm 437 you may want to fix it. Not sure what kind of stain in the ceiling.

First, my dates of reservation were incorrect in system and I have been charged twice even though I stayed only 1 day. After so may calls they assured they will correct it it never happen. I felt like this is a scam. Second the night time it is not a safe areas as so many druggiest and drunk peoples are around. I decided not to stay anymore in any Hilton property as this is my 3rd bad experience with Hilton.
