Room was great & good location in the city! Staff are friendly & helpful! Breakfast buffet was well-stocked and the room had a lot of natural light! We were there when it was snowing, and they did a really good job, keeping things clear. We did have to do valet parking; parking ourselves was not an option, but they were really fast and bringing our car around when we needed to leave.

The tall (hispanic??) bald gentleman who was taking care of breakfast was in a bar height chair sound asleep. I watched as he slumped further and further until he almost fell out of the chair while the other attendant was busy replenishing the food. Then he got up and started doing something. It was quite sad to watch. I would say ditch the chicken sausages and links. They were nasty. People like pork bacon and pork sausage. Maybe offer the other optin as well, but at least have the option. The security was great - I felt a lot safer knowing the vallet doormen were not letting anyone in who looked suspicious who didn't have a key. Easy walking distance to Penn Presby was extremely convenient and I felt safe walking in the area
