Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Checking in was a simple easy process. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. But the room itself was not ideal. The hotel is under renovations but not sure the details of that. I would hope all the rooms will be completely redone and renovated, because the bathroom ceiling has major water damage and stains. The shower drained incredibly slow and while showering I was standing in a pool of water and had to REPEATEDLY stop the water for minutes to let the water drain and continue showering. The carpet in the room was dirty and majority stained giving me the ick. The area around the heaters/AC unit was leaking and the carpet was soaked which made me wonder about mold in the room and under the carpet. The bed itself seemed newish, but the mattress was hard and the duvet or blanket had yellow stains. Thankfully I only stayed there for 1 night, even so, I should have said something and at minimum been moved to another room.
