Cute and convenient. Great location and was an easy checkin. Bed was comfy and although it’s a small room, if you’re just in town for a weekend then a good pick. It was loud on the street but we were there on a Saturday night.

Inn on Camac was a delight. I heard about the Inn last year at U-Bar (downstairs) when a guest arrived to check in. This year it offered a great rate in Center City. I decided to try. Check in was quite easy with the staff downstairs at U-Bar, which is open until 2am. I was just one flight up (above the center of the bar) yet heard no noise from the bar. One likely hears people on the street - Locust and side street Camac are lively with bars and restaurants, though it wasn't excessive. The room was nicely furnished - I had a Queen Studio #2. There're two end tables on either side of bed, a large desk at window overlooking Camac, a closet with safe and fridge for storage, a small chest for clothes and a full-length mirror. The bath was about half the size of the room - one of the most spacious I've seen in any hotel. A large stall shower which would hold two people easily, sink/vanity and frosted window for light. The windows do open if one wishes. The toiletries were very nice and good quality. There's a side entrance opened by keycard from the street if one doesn't wish to enter through the bar. The bar has a nice menu of small plates and bites served until 10:30pm, and meal service can be arranged with companion restaurant Tavern on Camac, which has a menu in the room. There are no additional amenities (access to a gym or special rate through the Inn is an idea) though one can barely find a more convenient and charming place to stay. Note: no elevator. Will stay again!

Staff was not friendly. No WIFi password given, TV broken, toilet cracked, water in sink, no coffee maker in room. Hotel hard to find, in a gay area - which we are 100% comfortable with - but that comfort was not reciprocated. Wish we’d had more details before booking.

Room was very clean, and comfortable. Nicely updated. Windows/walls seemed quite thin as you could hear every voice outside, and in the downstairs bar. Very walkable, with plenty of restaurants, eateries nearby.

The check-in process wasn't the best. Apparently there some kind of kick ball tournament going on & the bar was crazy busy!! It took probably 20 minutes to finally get to the manager to check us in. The room was very nice except for the fact that it was freezing!! We kept adjusting the thermostat but it kept going back to original setting. You couldn't turn it off either. We just put the extra quilt on the bed. The blind in front of the bed was coming unloose from the window & a lot of light was coming in around it. I like a dark room to sleep too. There wasn't a bulb in one of bedside lights. We asked for that to be fixed but it never was. There was a lot of noise from the alley that could be heard in our room, but I had read about this. Luckily my sound machine blocked it out.All in all, it was a nice stay.

Great place and location.

The hotel is great except for the heating system and water pressure in the room. The management explained that they were going through some renovations. Please inform guest prior to check in that the rooms had issues?

Significantly better than expected
