Would not stay again

The property was in the middle of a lot of construction, parking is at least a block away and there are a lot of people loitering in front of and in the lobby of the building. The apartment looked clean but when you look closely it was only surfaced cleaned, we ended up buying a vacuum cleaner & sheets because the carpets were dirty and one of the beds smelled like urine. There were also loud late night parties in multiple apartments, including across the hall & the neighbors upstairs sounded like they were running around and throwing things at the floor (our ceiling) from midnight until 5am every night.
