The room was incredibly clean the staff at the front desk was courteous they were only two issues number one apparently Microtel is one of the hotels that's doing the we're going to charge you for parking in our parking lot now so there was a $10 charge that wasn't disclosed and then at 2:30 in the morning there was a fire alarm issue and fire trucks never came but everyone was in the lobby with no kind of Direction and I had a 3:30 wake up call scheduled so I wouldn't miss my flight and the phone never rang

Cleanliness is an issue... mildew on shower curtain, used q-tip in bathroom, and stains and smudges all over. There were other issues but nearly as bothersome as the lack of cleanliness.

Overall excellent experience with this hotel. It is next to a few places to eat, easily accessible, not too far from the city and very close to the airport . Most importantly for me - the area seems pretty well kept, lit and appears to be in a quiet calm area. The rooms comfortable clean and had a fridge, lots of storage. I noticed that there was no trash bins in the room. The front desk staff was very nice. One thing I will nitpick - Expedia shows parking as complimentary, however this is not the case as the hotel does have a $10 Parking fee. I would still give this hotel 5/5 stars being that it is Expedia that lists this amenity incorrectly.

Staff at check in was cold and short. After my second poor interaction with her I didn’t even bother telling her about the condition of our room. There was hair all over and embedded in the sheets on both beds. The remote had no back and hardly functioned. The off button actually turned it on and changing channels was almost impossible. Breakfast selection was decent however the area could use more care. The only saving grace was the pleasant staff member who was there in the morning.
