Charges 100 for a dog on where on site was I able to put a dog as apart of my party like the lady said I was supposed to be able to. I was sent an email stating I was supposed to have complementary parking only to be charged parking when I got there. The bed had blood stains and other things on it. I will never again stay here.

Great hotel close to PHL. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel and gas station/convenience store. Room was very spacious. Area was clean and safe. Driving distance to other great restaurants. 5 minute drive to the airport. Only complaint was the parking charge. The hotel sent me an email before our stay saying parking was complimentary. Upon checkout, we were charged $10 for parking

Room was very clean, modern and everything worked like it was suppose. Easy check in and easy parking. I did not like the surprise $10 extra parking fee. That should be mentioned during booking. Overall, place was excellent and I would return.

Change 1 rule

Allow couples to have anniversary/ Valentine’s Day things in your rooms. You might not get as much clientele due to the fact that you have a rule stating that there is no use permitted for rose petals, balloons, etc. Especially because it doesn’t state that anywhere in the rules when you book. So if someone had that in mind and booked a room, their hard work and plan is ruined

I arrived at about 11 PM after traveling for the past 12 hours. When I got into the room and used the bathroom, I found that there was no toilet paper and one sheet of tissue. I notified the front desk and was brought some about 20 minutes later. The desk person was very helpful.

Housekeeping left the bags of trash in my room and also never replace the towels. When I asked for new towels, I was welcomed with crumbled up towels in the bathroom.

I want to express my absolute disappointment and disgust with this hotel experience. 1. When i was given my first room, I walked in and it was a disaster and untouched from the previous checkout. 2. My new rooms tub has a huge crack in it and was backed up. I asked them to fix the clog, they didn't so I did it myself. 3. I asked at check in for house keeping daily. They never did it once. I asked every morning for it. I watched them write it down, and nothing. 4. There was a drunk girl in the lobby passed out on the floor on Tuesday or Wednesday. 5.There were crickets and flies in my room. 6. The air conditioner barely blows out cold air so I was sweaty at night. 7. The kitchen area floor is gross and sticky. I will never stay there again. I will be posting this same review online as well. This place should be embarrassed.
