Not sure what happened but the trash from the previous occupants was still in the trash can. Matter of fact the room wasn't cleaned up at all from the previous occupants. I called the front desk and he offered to move me to another room which was good. Other than that everything was okay...

Hateful talk radio. No carpets in room.

The radio playing throughout hotel speakers was playing disturbing, anti-Muslim propaganda in the morning. I alerted the front desk- they turned the volume down some, but wouldn't change the channel. No carpets in room. Very strong odor of cleaning agent in the room.

We were stuck in Philadelphia because of a car problem on a trip to UPenn for a doctors visit. Way to find, ok rates, nice check in. Not the cleanest room, dirty floors, overly strong room and cleanser smells. Very bright colors, mattress not comfortable, but again, very nice staff and pleasant stay considering the circumstances and late notice.

The room was nice and we loved the barn doors on the bathroom. Some of the guests were a little rowdy but overall it was a good experience.
