I was there for a business trip. The staff were friendly and the reception desk was always helpful. We requested on three separate days to have cleaning done and the cleaning only happened once. On one of the days they only replaced our towels and on another day they did not show at all. The area around the hotel is great and has some wonderful dining options, lots of shopping and a couple of small but great parks.

Everything was great except whatever you do, do not use SP+ Parking Garage across the street. Incredibly manipulative, lied to our face, and then got hostile when we questioned the $72 price. We stayed at the hotel for one night, and were told parking would be $47 for one night if we stayed at the hotel.
