Fake hotel

Awful. This is not a hotel. It’s an apratment building, which pretends to be a hotel. During our stay the power went out. There was only one lift that is allowed for ‘Hôtel’ guests. All others are for residents. Which stopped working. Nothing else worked including shower, internet, plugs, lights for a good 5 hours. We were stranded. We tried an outside number but they don’t have anyone, as all, working. It’s a facade. The gym is in disrepair. Stains on the ceiling.

Can’t wait to stay here again. Only issue was just trying to find the place because you couldn’t tell that it was the place until we asked the guy at the desk. Otherwise, amazing!

Solo Trip

Great location, clean, friendly staff and safe. Just a short 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and activities. Right in the center of the city (Center City). They use Le Labo body care products, the Santal 33 scent. Smells so good! They have everything you need to cook and even do laundry.

The property was a little difficult to find, and parking was super expensive. However, the room itself was GORGEOUS. The staff was exceptional. We felt safe in the city, and we were within walking distance of so many restaurants and sights!
