Had cold water in shower for two days. Staff laughed at me. Floor were filthy and faucet was broken. When I complained in a survey, they balck listed me. They did not tell me until I showed up for my reservation.

I stay here often. I've asked many times for hot water in this room and a young lady went as far as to laugh at me and say I did not know how to work it. The floor was filthy, as it is every time I go there. The faucet handle was of and was hard to maneuver. Not a great stay. I EMAILED MANAGEMENTamd they never got back to me. I did have an attendant check to make sure the water was not hot. He could not fix it...

The door to the room was unlocked when I approached the room, yhe bathroom door was busted open, and the room phone didn't work. The young lady at the desk treated me like I was interrupting her from bring in the lobby with her kid and mate. When I when to ft desk fir the shuttle to leave for the airport the office door was locked and lights off. A man came to the door after I knocked. I informed him I needed the shuttle and he said go back to your room I will call you when the shuttle comes. I told him that the room phone didn't work. So I went back to my room. He knocked on the window when the shuttle came. Also, I call lady at the ft desk from my phone to explain the room issues and she said okay.

There is nothing in the room...coffee maker, hair dryer, microwave, fridge. It does not deserve even this price. And it is inconsistent,. Some plus ones have them some don't, SO how does one decide where to go?
