The receptions were an AMAZING , that morning we decided to walk to Sabrina’s AMAZING breakfast place. I might say. We would not have made it back at 11 for checkout so we called and asked for a late check out. She said sure . We were so pleased we could enjoy our breakfast without rushing. I will definitely be back. Thank you Sheraton.

We stayed in a king suite for several days while a relative was at CHOP. We were the first occupants to use the newly renovated rooms. Excellent breakfast on the 20th floor. The king bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the large living room only had one standing lamp so the room was poorly lit and unfit for reading. Also, the single uncomfortable chair should be replaced by two chairs to accommodate watching TV. I switched to parking at CHOP since the 24 hr rate was less than 10% of the hotel rate ($50+). Excellent staff; room architect/designer not so much.

There was still a lot of construction in the lobby so there were not typical amenities (ie coffee in the lobby) but the room was very nice and comfortable and staff was very gracious.

Could not have been more disappointed with the rooms. I had two rooms reserved both had stains all over the walls giving an overall dirty appearance. My room had part of the ceiling hanging down. The Tv is so small looked like an iPhone hanging on the wall. Hotel is under construction which I was informed after booking. Some noise and mess could and would have been expected. Constant jack hammering producing over 90 dbs of noise is not safe or acceptable.i was receiving loud noise warnings from my Apple Watch. I asked to switch rooms and was asked to wait 3 hours to see what became available. I book 100’s of rooms every year for myself and my employees, we will never step on a Sheraton property again. By far be the worst hotel experience I have had in a long time.
