First impressions matter. Whenever going through the entrance of the hotel the staff members would always have their heads down as if they wanted to avoid to speaking to whoever entered/exit. Some people got free breakfast while others like me had to pay for it. Thought that was very ridiculous. The elevators were filthy. Parking was good even though you had to pay $25.00 a night to park.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean but had a bit of a smell. I kept thinking someone was smoking in the room next door. Bed was comfortable and the suite was large.
