They put me in the Suite on the second floor. The room (there were several rooms) was very very clean and the bedroom was very quiet, which was a welcome relief after the rooms I had to stay at in Philadelphia. The staff was very friendly and seemed to manage the rush from the airport well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There's not a whole lot to pick from near the Philadelphia airport so I picked the Sheraton for a missed flight. This is a property that desperately needs a renovation. I spent minimal hours there so I cannot rate all the services. The room appeared clean but the stains of years of wear and tear are evident. The bed was comfortable. The airport shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The Suite was spacious and clean. I had to request sheets and pillows for the pullout But all it took a was a quick walk to the front desk. I would recommend this for a family stay.

Great stay

We had a 12 hour layover in Philly and the hotel was great. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was so nice. A huge bonus that there is a 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport.

The cold water spigot in the bathroom was non functional. We arrived late and rhad to leave early in the morning to make our flight. We didn't feel like moving so we just dealt with it. The shuttle was amazing and was a big factor in w we chose the hotel

The rooms are absolutely disgusting. I had intials written on my sheets which let me know the sheets were not exchanged out. I had empty bottles under the bed. The mattress was awful! Very uncomfortable for sleeping. I am highly disappointed with this hotel. Its very much so outdated!
