Nasty front desk lady in the morning. Nothing but an attitude like she doesnt want to work there. Ruined our overall experience. This employee needs to retrained or some psychological evaluation. Maybe shes dealing with some form of stress or depression. God help her.

The hotel got rid of the windows in the living area which was nice...the doors have gaps and let light and noise in. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa provided and water pressure was horrible as it took 45 min to wash my long hair which used more water than anything. The parking lot was very dark as well. We came in at 1130 and it was raining and awful to see.

Lackluster service at best

I booked my stay here due to the amenities it offered but was thoroughly disappointed upon check in. I did not have enough towels for my family and had to request some nor did I have bedding for the sofa bed anywhere in the room. The woman at check in was not welcoming or friendly at all and did not explain the parking situation to me and it was dark when we checked in so I’m sure I will be fined for that at a later date. I tried calling for room service and nobody ever answered the phone and I would have to call down to the front desk 2-4 times before getting an answer.
