The bed was comfortable though maybe a touch on the soft side, and there were plenty of pillows provided. There was dust in corners and under the bed though (I was doing yoga on the floor). A couple of the desk staff are less than welcoming. Even though I had set up paying for parking through my room, when I left on the day of checkout the parking attendant told me I still owed for a day. He sent me a link to pay via my phone which I did not end up doing. Hopefully, I will not be double-charged. The parking attendant was very nice, and I don't believe that this error was his fault at all. It would be nice if parking were less costly and if the desk staff were more friendly and helpful.

The in-house Bar and Restaurant is excellent, they do not deliver alcohol to the room. The rooms are very spacious and quiet. It is 8 floors with 3 large elevators. They also have a snack room with Juice and Bottled Energy beverages from $5. They have a $20 Breakfast Buffet and Hotel Shuttle. It is perfect for using ride-shares.
