Very clean, convenient area with plenty of areas reachable by walking. I asked to check in one hour early and they were able to help me since the room was already clean and ready.

Beyond expectations

I was a little skeptical after some of the bad reviews regarding noise and the area but honestly these people must live where even birds dont make a sound. The apartment was amazing, bed so comfy, the kitchen well equipped including pods for the washing machine and tablets for the dishwasher. The restock cupboard in the foyer meant i didnt have to worry about buying coffee the whole trip and could wash my clothes as the week went on. The staff were lovely and so friendly to chat with each morning. My code didnt work when i first got there and the guy at reception came up to help me as well as gave me loads of advice about the city The area is fine in terms of safety. Its a major city so as with all you just have to keep your eyes open but as a solo travelling woman there wasnt a single moment I didnt feel safe. Uber around the city is fairly cheap if you dont fancy using the public transport

Great place to stay

The hotel/apartment was a good place to stay. It was about a ten minute walk to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and keen to help. Staying here is home from home as the facilities were excellent, they even provide laundry tablets, so you can have clean laundry when you get home. The 9th floor terrace gives you wonderful views of the city and to watch the amazing sunsets. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property was in a great location with most things walkable within 30 minutes. The apartment we had was very large and beds were very comfortable. The property could do with a bit of maintenance and they could do a lot more with the roof terrace. It’s a brilliant space that would be great to have a bar or coffee shop.

Good enough - but not for the noise-sensitive

We stayed here for more than two weeks. The set-up is great for longer-term, since you get your own cooking and laundry facilities inside your room/apartment: but housekeeping and cleaning is 100% on you in that period. They will give you basic supplies eg more toilet paper and garbage bags. They’re also really nice on reception. The building is very clean and in good condition, although the halls on the floors where the apartments are feel depressing, with poor lighting and peeling paint. We were super worried when we stepped out of the elevator to walk down to our room, but the rooms themselves were terrific. Clean, well-equipped, and a good amount of storage space. The kitchen and all the appliances and utensils were in excellent condition. The biggest drawbacks were - in the following order: 1) thin walls, as other reviewers have commented - Mostly we were lucky. But then there was the drunken couple getting it on, the kids playing K-Pop Demons Hunters at 4am, the party girls, etc. And … 2) … at night, there is noone on reception and no easy way to contact anyone directly for help. 3) The area is a bit sketchy. Philly has much worse but it also has much better. You’re going to see a lot of people sleeping on sidewalks around the Convention Center area and some of them are really not ok. I loved the concept and the friendly staff, but not the on and off noisiness. Might stay again but not sure.

A pleasant Surprise

Pros- exceeded our expectations as far as size, and decor. One of the coolest places to stay! It was an apartment sized space with everything that is needed to stay in and cook your own meal. Awesome mural and industrial decor was spot on. Cons- we never received an email to finalize our check in with ID. So, check in was a bit longer. There should be some information about a next step when you book this hotel. However, now that I know, I will 100% stay again. Book it!!!

We needed to open and make the sofa bed by ourselves. There wasn’t enough water pressure in the bath. The fridge wasn’t connected to the electricity and you needed to do that by yourself.

Great location for a walking around the centre of Philadelphia or catching the subway to a sports game. Apartment was lovely and well equipped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

This place was great! Awesome size room and easy to get into. Our code didn’t work initially but thankfully the front desk was open when we arrived so they gave us a new one. The roof top area was beautiful but we were disappointed it was only open until 8pm so you couldn’t really make the most of it at night around sunset.

Absolutely LOVED this property and will most definitely be back again! It was a quick walk down to the convention center and the Reading Terminal Market (which was perfect) there was a beautiful rooftop for great views! The contactless entry is perfection! Literally everything can be done on the app, but someone is there if you need anything outside of it. The rooms were so nice and the perfect size! It was a very hot weekend, so being able to check in early and walk into a freezing cold room was perfect!! Everyone was very nice! Full fridge, stove, microwave! The bathroom was a great size, full washer AND dryer. I ordered groceries and they were allowed to bring them right in! Just made for a perfect weekend and it will most definitely be where I stay when I visit again for sure!
