Great location and high CP value! The unit is brand new with everything you need. We had a bit of a rocky start with a wrong access code, but customer service responded right away to fix it, which I really appreciated. Housekeeping could be a bit more thorough (found some hair and a dirty coffee pot), but overall it’s a comfortable, high-floor unit that I would recommend to others.

Room was not cleaned when we checked in. Towels bundled up in tub, sheets and blankets bundled up in multiple rooms. Bags of garbage not taken out. Nothing cleaned. Management eventually got us put in to different room at approximately 5:15pm.

TOOK OVER 24 HOURS TO GET THE RIGHT CODE FOR THE LOBBY DOOR. WE WERE STUCK OUT IN TJE COLD AND SNOW WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO ENTER OR LEAVE.I MESSAGED SOMEONE FROM TJE APP AND NEVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE. I CALLED THE NUMBER LISTED AND WAS GIVEN ANOTHER WRONG CODE. THE NEXT DAY I FINALLY RECEIVED THE CORRECT CODE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. THE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, THE OUTSIDE NOISE IS CONSTANT AND ALL THEY WOULD OFFER ME WAS A LATE CHECKOUT. I PREVIOUSLY ASKED FOR AN EARLY CHECK IN AND NEVER RECEIVED AN ANSWER UNTILL THE DAY AFTER WE ARRIVED ALREADY. THE APP THEY USE DOES NOT UPDATE AND PROVIDE S WRONG INFORMATION.
