• The room was clean • The location is in the heart of Philly, everything close. You don’t need a taxi at all. • If you want to attend the world cup matches, lincoln financial field is also close, it takes me only 18 mins by uber to get there. I highly recommend this place.

First I want to say the hotel is dated. The room was clean. The air conditioning did not work and getting help is not available because no one answers the phone number provided or text back so we had to use a fan and couldn’t open the windows on 70-80 degrees days. That was really my only complaint. The shower floor did look a little suspicious but we showered is flip flops. And I have stayed at other SONDER hotels in Philly that were AWESOME this one I will never stay at again

Great location for getting around. Right near a popular night club and lots of people up all night. They provided a sound machine which was nice. Our room had no A/C or any circulation. We contacted the building and they were not able to help at all. They were supposed to contact us about getting a fan and it never happened. We went through Expedia and also made a complaint. The shower barely worked as well and some of the light sockets didn’t work.

I stayed in a queen room, and it came with a very big bathroom, that was clean. The shower was not working 100% but it was still functional. Nice amenities as white noise machine to try to help overnight for sounds, but honestly it was not that bad. During my check out I had issues with my codes, they stopped working, thankfully the staff was able to help via text message, but it was a scary situation. The building is in a very central position, everything is reachable walking or via subway, with a station just beside the hotel. A lot of shops and restaurant on the street if needed.

There's a parking lot across the street from the main entrance, very convenient. The area is walkable with many food options, shops & tourist areas to stroll around. Customer service,over the phone, gave us a room after the 2 bed room I paid for wasn't available. No staff was observed on premises.
