Enjoyed the light dinner that was served Monday evening and was surprised that it was offered. The fitness area was well maintained and had a good range of equipment. The staff was very accommodating when we needed an extra hour to check out.

Room was clean and the staff is friendly, but the hotel rooms need an upgrading. No charging facilities in the room?? The fabric on desk chair in our room was torn (I have a photo) cushions on the couch were almost flat. Maybe we just got a room that was in need of a big fix!

Initially, I was gonna be very upset with this hotel because they called me approximately one hour before I was to leave to say they could not accommodate me for my two room suite. This was an epic fail and that I had friends who were already at the hotel and we were having a birthday party for my boyfriend so it wasn't even optional. I needed the two room suite. They offered me a two queen room which was not suitable however all is well. James from the Front Desk went out of his way to make it right and I was able to still get my two room suite it's not one of the upgraded suites. There were some wear or tear that you could tell but the most important thing is I was able to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday with friends in the room and it was great. We had a wonderful time. Thank you, James for your professionalism and your consideration. I really do appreciate you!

The room was clean, except for an odd stain on the fitted sheet for the mattress and stains on the shower floor. The one drawer on the dresser also would not close and kept rolling open. The dishwasher was also concerningly loud. Other than that everything was nice and functioning properly and it was a pleasant stay. The property was nice and the hotel was very accessible.
