Perfect spot near the Art Museum!

Perfect boutique hotel! Our room was great although we did look out onto approximately 15 patios from surrounding homes. I would request a room toward the street next time. Breakfast is only Thursday - Sunday so we did miss out on that. Walkable to many fun places and restaurants.

Such a lovely little gem of a hotel, highly recommend! Appreciate the high tech and minimalist feel of the rooms. Across the street from the art museum and the park surrounding it, nice place to take a walk. Would definitely stay again when visiting Philly.

This is a small, pleasant boutique hotel in a great location near the Museum of Art. The staff are polite and courteous, there are comfortable chairs in the lobby, and coffee is served starting at 7:00 am. The room was roomy and the beds comfortable.

It’s a very cute hotel, loved the smart mirror. I love how it’s not in the center of everything but close enough to get to everything. It was super quiet at night not noise problems. Would definitely recommend to stay here again! Staff is super friendly

The air conditioning unit is located at the top of the bed and was extremely noisy. It turned on and off all night long. It was too hot to turn it off so for a light sleeper it was a sleepless night. Person at desk acknowledged other complaints about the noise from the A/C.
