The front desk was terrific. The very kind man (I think Dominque) helped me find my stray package that ended up in their downstairs shipping department. I had a presentation that day, and he saved me! My deepest gratitude. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was good and we were comfortable. However,on day 2 our room was not serviced; the bed wasn't made nor the bathroom cleaned. The wifi connection is super slow to the point that I could not listen to a zoomed church service online due to a multi stopping dialog. Location was great and everyone was pleasant and helpful when they could. When we visit Philadelphia again,we will probably stay here.
