This hotel could be really special because of its location and pool area, but the beds rooms and breakfast rooms are in desperate need of updating, and owners of this place need to act quickly, because all I heard in the 6 days I stayed here was customers complaining about everything .. the staff can’t handle the stress, because it’s not their fault.. it will continue to receive more bad reviews until these issues are resolved!

My room was old and lobby being on up a flight of stairs on a street with no parking is inconvenient. No coffee machine in the room is also not so nice. Staff were helpful and friendly

Cleo, a bartender there, was the highlight of the stay! She made the best drinks of the 4 different bartenders who served me. Some bartenders charge a service charge if you take your drink onto the beach. The food in the restaurant is ok, there is a restaurant next door that is really good. The dutch pancake in the hotel restaurant was good. Overall the service was very good. Everyone was kind and helpful. Honestly, I really can't really complain about the rooms - you get what you pay for and I chose to spend money on experiences and food/drinks rather than a pretty room I would be in for a few hours a day. It's an old facility and it shows. Even still, they provided fresh linen and housekeeping daily. For what you pay - its just fine. If you want spa/lux/pretty rooms this is not one you should choose.

Ideal was the close proximity to the ocean and shopping outlets. The added convenience of eateries and groceries were a bonus. The restuarant offerings were delicious and staff freindly and helpful. Having the room refreshed daily was appreciated. I was disappointment in not have a microwave or even a kettle in the room. Parking is an issue in having to park somewhere else and walk with whatever belongings to the hotel.
