The room was not what was displayed which is not good. The beds were horrible my television didn’t work the first three days I was there. They didn’t offer their guests anything, only two of the staff were friendly and gave excellent customer service. Barley had hot water with horrible shower pressure oh and the room were smaller than a closet. It was noisy ass hell and had a horrible odor

Did not like the fact that I paid extra for a Studio Suite with Balcony and Queen Bed and was placed in a smaller room with full size bed that could barely hold two grown adults. This room did have a balcony but not getting what you paid extra for is a deal breaker for me.

Not recommended. Team was not willing to assist when i brought up my safety concerns. AC in room was not working well. Bed was not comfortable. Just a bad experience and was only there for less than three hrs.
