Situated on a 1 plus acre lot. there are all the needed amenities in the area. Groceries and gas just 10 minutes down the road and 20 minutes from Farmington to do some shopping and dining.

Quiet country life.
We loved the country and peacefulness. There was deer behind the house eating apples. And turkey beside the road. Loved the wildlife. The house was great for our getaway.

Winter climbing in the Rangely area
I would recommend this place for others to stay while in the Rangely area. Located in the middle of two great ski areas and all of the major hiking, climbing trailheads. We stayed for almost two weeks to climb mountains in the area. Very quiet location. The property had everything we needed. The communication with the owners was prompt and excellent when we had a few questions regarding the stay. When we plan to return to the Rangely area, we will book another stay.
