I property is ideally placed amongst many restaurants and is only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the staff are helpful and friendly

Check in staff was not friendly. Room was fair. Worst breakfast I’ve had at a hotel in Thailand. The coffee was undrinkable and we complained but no one seemed to care. Would not stay there again or recommend.

The staff here is amazing, they definitely go above and beyond. They picked us up from the airport, delivered our luggage to our room, open doors for us, we ordered room service and it was great…. we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend the Mayflower to others.
