Location good, services super dumb up. Room amenities not value for money. Shower area water drainer not good, water flow to WC. Breakfast area small need to wait, view area are good. Birthday decorations are good with free, but flower with spider. Room 503 aircond problem can't resolve and hotel room fully didn't change room for us. Next day room change to 303 air-conditioning are working well but room bed with small insects and flower mosquitoes. Overall staff services are good. Location good. Thanks.

Excellent! Top Notch! Everyone from the front staff, kitchen, housekeeping and manager were so helpful, friendly and amazing. I have travelled through Cambodia and this was by far the BEST place I have stayed in . Super clean, great breakfast, wonderful pool. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Friendliest hotel staff I've ever met

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were the FRIENDLIST people I have ever met. Always smiling, it was impossible not to be happy. So accommodating too. We had a very spacious room, which was really clean. The pool area was really nice, and the pool was so refreshing after exploring the city. Great location for walking to all the must see spots.

This hotel was amazing. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and kind. The front desk Sam and kasak they helped me with everything. What tours to book, places to eat,how not to get scammed. What apps to download. If I had any questions they helped me immediately. Spa staff was awesome also. Very polite. Kitchen staff service was great at the roof top restaurant. Weekend in Phnom Penh

Close to night-life streets but not too close so it's quieter (one tuktuk away). Love the roof top pool and bar. Room is big. Sadly lots of insects tend to come in at night even with windows closed. Also, not much food options nearby. We walked few blocks around hotel but no decent local cafes. Would like to recommend staff, his name is Kasak. Very friendly, helpful and hospitable!
