Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
They didn't have my reservation. Unsafe, room door doesn't lock. Filthy room. Have to pay upfront for 1 nite. Check out the next day. May lose the whole cost of hotel. Will try to get refund.
