We reserved a room at MekongView 3...after driving many hours we arrived and they told us they were full and we had to drive further to one of their other properties...it was not nearby as nice as the one we booked. We booked the one we did for the couch for our daughter to sleep on...the one they moved us to had a very different couch and my daughter had to sleep on the floor. I was very frustrated and disappointed.
