The staff was very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. We arrived during the Cambodian New Year and it was quite noisy. There were a few times where hotel staff had a hard time controlling some obnoxious guests.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is luxurious and comfortable, though our room felt a little worn and dated. Staff is wonderful and the pool area and poolside restaurant could not be prettier.

Lovely pool, terrace area and roof top bar. Room was nice, although we had a view of a bamboo wall which was masking an AC unit. Would have appreciated clearer communication of Happy Hour Rules (it’s two of the same drink, not two drinks for the price of one), and the laundry was the most expensive we have come across in Asia so far! Overall, still a v nice place to stay, and staff were very friendly and warm, remembering names after one encounter.

Stunning hotel with an excellent location

The location of this hotel in central Phnom Penh right across from the Royal Palace is absolutely perfect. The hotel is stunning, with many beautiful details including period furnishings, artwork, etc. The breakfast is excellent, as is the rooftop bar (with great views of the city). One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in in SE Asia.
