Beautiful fully furnished house, right on the waterfront in a nice Avondale community. Incredible back yard with a private pool, covered patio and lakefront lawn. Interior features a sunken family room, formal living room and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Granite counters in kitchen & baths. Comfortably sleeps 8 with three queen beds and two twin beds. Full size washer & dryer. Fully furnished kitchen and brand new bbq grill. Satellite TV and high-speed internet with wireless router. 3 night Minimum required. Sorry hot tub is broken and will not be able to be used at this time.
