Everything was amazing. Karen came over when we got there and showed us where everything was and got us set up with the club house so we can use the pool. She had chips and salsa for us. She was very nice and also let us check in earlier than 4pm. We would absolutely stay again!

Beatiful home on a quiet street. Peaceful backyard with a table to play cards while we grilled steaks. Centrally located, close to shopping. Hostess was very pleasant and accommodating.I would definitely recommend this home!

Karen was a great hostess. We really enjoyed our stay once we aired out the house (24 hours)...so many scented products and ionizers. The 5 Star Val Vista Community Clubhouse was the highlight of the rental experience. New pickleball courts and great heated swimming pool. The beds were very comfortable. House and garage need a major declutter. We loved the downtown eating choices...Joes BBQ in downtown Gilbert was our favorite spot.

My two daughters and I stayed in this lovely home three nights. It was perfect for our needs. We had family in the area and visited/played with them but still had the privacy we needed. It was perfect and our host, Karen was great. She even made us delicious homemade salsa to enjoy.

Our landlord was pleasant and friendly to talk to if we had problems during our stay. She went above the call of duty offering us fresh fruit, cinnamon rolls, Maui sadas during our stay that were wonderful. Would stay again if it’s possible.

This lovely home was the perfect location for our son's dental school graduation in Mesa. The house was impeccable, in a great location and amenities were far better than listed. Karen, our host, was outstanding! Her communication was excellent and timely. I highly recommend it!!

Quiet neighborhood and well maintained house

This property had 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. We were approx 30 miles from PGA tournament. Plenty of amenities in kitchen and bathrooms. Host was awesome. They were super friendly and provided us with salsa & chips. How sweet!! We would definitely recommend.

Perfect House and Host!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for two weeks. The house was perfect for us and the other couple who stayed with us. But even better than the house was how Karen welcomed us. We had some issues picking up our rental car and had to take an Uber to the house. Karen, who lives next door, greeted us and insisted that she take us to get something to eat and also gave us a ride back to the car rental location the next morning. We definitely would recommend this rental!
