Our Paradise Valley Scottsdale Golf Tennis Lake Resort Villa is the perfect vacation destination for golfers, corporate outings, large family reunions, and groups. It is in the heart of McCormick Ranch Golf Resort, next to Gainey Village, and within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, and shopping. It is also conveniently located between Old Town and Kierland Commons, two of the most popular shopping and dining destinations in Scottsdale.

The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sectional sofa and a 75-inch Smart TV with Cable TV. The dining room has a table and bar seating up to 16 people. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The fantastic outdoor back patio offers an outdoor dining table and nice outdoor sofa sitting area, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets overlooking the lake & golf course and only a pitch shot away from the resort pool featuring plenty of lounge chairs, a pool area bar, and full-service lake-front restaurant.

As soon as you step inside this villa you will be welcomed by multiple private cozy rooms that will usher you into an elaborate living-dining room area. Spend the day sunbathing in one of the sun loungers, sip on a tropical margarita in the seating area surrounding the pool, or hang out on any of the patios or balconies on the villa and listen to the sounds of your favorite tune with our Alexa/Nest in-villa speaker we provide by connecting to with Bluetooth/Wifi.

NOTE - HOUSE RULES: The rate fluctuates based on the number of persons staying and visiting, so inquire for a customized rate quote or if you plan on adding more persons to your group in an existing reservation (the more people you add, the higher the rate).
• No third-party reservations, non-registered guests, and no local visitors are allowed without prior approval before making a reservation. No music outside that can be heard more than 60 feet away is allowed (no music speakers outside except your mobile phone or headset) and completely hushed after 10 p.m. on weekdays and 11 p.m. on weekends (as in every residential community).
• Tenants/guests need to inquire before making the reservation. Before being accepted, we need to know the number of occupants and the reason for the trip (business/work-at-home or celebration).
• For any extended or far-out stays: If you plan on traveling Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday or over any special event or Holidays or Christmas through Easter or any other peak/shoulder season or booking a stay more than 30 days out, please inquire with us before making an instant booking. We do not have any standard rates, and most rates are set only for the next 30 days. We usually do not allow Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday stays unless it is a last-minute booking within a week of arrival. If your stay is a weekly stay, the best option would be if you could travel from Sunday to Sunday instead. This is because most of our bookings are on weekends, Thursday to Sunday, and for 6-8 nights, this would cover two weekends, which is two bookings for us instead of 1, so the opportunity cost is very high.
