Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience. Staff was good but we had to change rooms at 1am because our air conditioning stopped working. The next room wasn’t a lot better as the units only allow for an auto fan and not constant so each night we were uncomfortable with stagnant warm air

The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. The house keeping was nominal. They missed my room one day (I didn't care so much about making beds, etc. but I did need the coffee and water refilled. I went to the lobby and they provided). The next day they "cleaned" but didn't refill. The beds were a bit lumpy and not great. There is no carpet. It was like a motel 6 with a nicer bathroom.

Room was clean. The pillows were pretty flat, bed soft, I assume a lot of use. I recommend upgrading mattress, pillows. All else very nice! Great customer service!

Beautiful property, perfect location with all things in walking distance to downtown. Area was safe and clean. Hotel rooms,lobby were clean and updated. Staff was helpul and ready to give recommendations on area dining. Overall pleasant stay and will choose this property again the next time I’m in Phoenix
